Privacy policy

What we collect. If you sign up, we store your email address, the role you selected, your language, the page where you signed up, your approximate country (from your connection) and the date and wording of your consent. We do not collect names, addresses or payment details.

Why. To send what you asked for: the printable, our welcome emails and a weekly game idea. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a), PDPA, and similar laws).

What we never do. We never sell, rent or share your email address with other organisations. Sponsored messages, if any, are sent by us, and sponsors never receive your details.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. The site stores a small flag in your browser so you don’t have to sign up again on the same device.

Where data lives. Our site and database run on Cloudflare. Emails are sent through Cloudflare Email Service.

Your rights. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@sundayprep.app. We delete unsubscribed addresses on request.

Children. Our emails are meant for adult leaders. Children should not sign up.
